Terms of Service

Content

  • I reserve the right to reject any commission requests for whatever reason.

  • I do not accept commissions featuring NSFW content or profanity.

Process

  • Communication will preferably be done via Discord or email. Clients will be sent screenshots of the art’s progress through the art process.

  • Before I start the commission, clients are encouraged to give a detailed description of the commission design (pose, outfit, colors, mood, etc.). Visual references (preferably photos) will also be very helpful!

  • After the base sketch is approved by the client, I will still accept requests for minor revisions. However, I will charge additional for major revisions to elements that were previously agreed upon.

Payment

  • I accept payment through GCash or Paypal, in either PHP or USD.

  • I normally require half payment upfront after the client has approved the base sketch, and the remaining payment after the completion of the commission. However, clients may also opt to fully pay upfront.

  • There may be additional fees for things such as the number of elements in the commission (characters, props, background elements) and the complexity of the resulting commission.

Copyright / Usage

  • I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere

  • Display it on my platforms (website, social media, etc.)

  • Post it wherever I wish

  • The client is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves.

  • The client is encouraged, but not required, to include a link to either this site or any of my commission pages wherever the commissioned artwork is displayed.

  • The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off it in any way.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Modifying the artwork without my consent.

  • Using the artwork as an input or training data for AI image generators.

Hi, I’m ishdaj ~ ><(((º>My undergrad thesis was recently accepted to a local research conference!
However, registration, travel, and lodging for the conference will be quite expensive :/
As such, I’m opening emergency commissions to help fund the trip.For only 10 USD, you can get either of the following:

  • STYLE 1 - 2 characters, half body, partially colored with minimal rendering

  • STYLE 2 - 1 character, bust portrait, fully colored with simple rendering

Alternatively, you may message me through my Discord account or on my TumblrI am opening 10 SLOTS for now.
Please note I will only be able to work on 1-3 commissions at a time, as I also have a full-time job.
However, I will inform clients once I’ve started their commissions. Comms will be completed at most 3 weeks after starting!

PROCESS

  1. Once you have sent me an email/message, please wait for my response to confirm if I’ve accepted your commission

  2. After discussing the details of the comm, I will send a PayPal invoice for 50% payment upfront.

  3. I will inform the client once I have started the comm and will send a sketch for their approval.

  4. The remaining 50% payment will be paid after completion of the commission
