I reserve the right to decline commission requests outside my abilities or subjects I will not draw; I do not accept commissions featuring explicit sexual content or profanity.

Communication is important! If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Communication will be done via Discord or email. Clients will be sent screenshots of the art’s progress through the art process.

Before I start the commission, clients are requested to give a detailed description of the commission design (pose, outfit, colors, mood, etc.). Visual references (preferably photos) will also be very helpful!

After the base sketch is approved by the client, I will accept up to 2 free requests for minor revisions. I will charge additional for further revisions.

Revisions are only available at the sketch phase - once a sketch is approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will be corrected at no cost.

I accept payment through GCash or Paypal, in either PHP or USD.

I require at least half payment upfront after the client has approved the base sketch, and the remaining payment after the completion of the commission. Clients may also opt to pay full price upfront.

There may be additional fees for things such as the number of elements in the commission (characters, props, background elements) and the complexity of the resulting commission.

I offer illustrations services for personal use art; should a client wish to commission artwork for commercial or merchandise purposes, please email me to discuss rates.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork; the buying is purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the commissioned artwork to:

Promote myself and my services

Post on social media and my portfolio

Create prints and merchandise (for fanart commissions)

The commissioner may:

Use the artwork for personal purposes only, unless commercial rights are purchased

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Post it on social media, with credit to my account on that platform, (@ishdaj) or this carrd.

The commissioner may not:

Use the artwork commercially without permission

Remove signatures / watermarks

Resell or redistribute the artwork

Claim the artwork as their own or fail to credit me

Modify the artwork without my consent

Use the artwork in merch, streaming, or commercial products

Use the artwork as input or training data for generative AI in any way

In your commission request, please include the password “eridian dogtag onboard”

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
